It serves as a compass in the community for individuals seeking work, and customers who are looking for a trusted, respected company. The award is broken down into numerous categories based on the size of the company, with multiple winning spots available every year.
Qualifications and Evaluation Criteria for Colorado Springs Employers
The best part of the award program is that it’s determined by the employees themselves. The award doesn’t rely on outside third parties to make decisions on who is the best workplace. Employees are encouraged to fill out a 27-question survey detailing their thoughts of their employer. Questions pertain to topics like work-life balance, leadership, organizational health, training, pay, and corporate responsibility. Ratings of 1-7 are given for each of these categories.
In addition, comments can be written about various aspects like employee retention, values and ethics, and leadership. A substantial number of responses had to be included in order for a workplace to be considered.
